This brand new Brand New 2010 Portable Crazy Fit Bio Body Shaker Exercise Machine w/ FREE Tummy Belt Waist Supportseller is the problemBy Badly Burnedwhen my machine arrived it looked like it had been through a war. the box had huge holes in it and looked like it had been crushed. it was being held together by a few pieces of tape someone had slapped on it, we got the machine together despite the fact that there was no manual included. one of the foot cushions was crushed and broken. i emailed the seller several times before i heard from him. he wanted me to send him pictures of the broken part.i took pictures of the broken part and the good part so he could see what was broken still i did not hear from him. i had to email him again and again i waited. a few weeks later he sent an email to say he had mailed the new part. i am sad to say that months after the purchase i " STILL DO NOT HAVE THE REPLACEMENT PART"!!!!!!!!
